Registration at Dotty Bingo
Registering at the Dotty online bingo site is very simple. The initial registration form asks for First Name, Last Name, and E-mail and asks if you want to claim a bingo bonus. Why wouldn't you want to claim your deposit bonus? Well, some players don't want to be restricted by bonus terms and conditions when trying to get their winnings paid, and this is a nice touch.
Once past the initial registration screen, Dotty Bingo requires you to fill in your date of birth (The UK Gambling Commission insist on this information). You also have to choose if you are male or female. No other genders appear to be catered for, they need to be more inclusive.
On the third screen, more information is required. Mobile Number, Nationality, Occupation and your postcode + address. You might wonder why occupation is a required field but it's probably for checking gambling affordability checks. Unfortunately for me, Bingo Enthusiast wasn't an option!
The final registration screen has an optional promo code field, a currency field (set to Pound Sterling and cannot be changed), a Username and a Password. You are also asked if you want to claim your deposit bonus again, in case you have changed your mind. Another tick box asks if you want to receive information about bonuses, promotions and offers.
Finally, you can Join; an identity check occurs whilst you wait.
The first screen gives information on Dotty Bingo rewards, a comprehensive loyalty tokens scheme. There are five levels based on depositing and playing on the Dotty Bingo website.
At the time of writing, there is a daily deal where depositing players can spin the Daily Deal reel. There is also a Casino Bonus Day and a Free Spins Day. These are subject to change, of course.

Depositing At Dotty Bingo
The deposit button in the navigation opens a popup screen, allowing you to set a deposit limit (highly recommended) or continue to deposit.
Deposit options are quite limited at Dotty Bingo compared with other bingo sites. The options are Debit cards, Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill and PayPal.
The PayPal option allows you to skip the payment confirmation page which is a nice feature. This saves you being taken to PayPal each time which can be a bit of a pain.
The minimum deposit is £10 at Dotty Bingo although the options on the form for depositing start at £20 but you can change this by entering an alternative amount in the box provided.
Bingo Lobby at Dotty Bingo
There are plenty of bingo games available in the lobby, upon our visit there were 90, 80, 75 and 30 ball bingo variants. We couldn't see any free bingo rooms but it might be that they are only available certain times of the day.
The site design is an uncomplicated affair with a white background. Everything runs smoothly, and the whole operation is easy to navigate. At the time of our visit the bingo rooms we visited seemed lively and well-populated. Jackpots are generous with a number of very attractive progressive jackpots available.
Dotty Bingo Rooms
The bingo rooms are all running on the Pragmatic Play bingo software. When entering the room you are shown prompts on the various features available. There is chat room on the left with various chat games taking place. Below the chat room is a Mini Games area. This shows a selection of the most popular slot games. We didn't like the fact you couldn't play bingo and slots in same window but we understand why this isn't possibly due to the software needing to work in mobile browsers with smaller screen sizes and on mobile devices.
The settings for the bingo rooms allow you to turn the sound on or off as well as Auto-daub and Ticket Sorting. You can also modify the Ticket Size, Dauber Shape, Dauber Colour, Compact Chat, Font size and change your avatar. This is quite impressive compared to other bingo games. There are a good-few features available at Dotty Bingo that you wouldn't find on other bingo sites.
Other Games Available at Dotty Bingo
There are a number of alternative games to choose from on the Dotty Bingo website. Scratchcards (playfully this is called Scratchies on the navigation. Online slots such as video slots games, jackpot slots and casino games are all provided, with nearly fifty different slot options. We did however find that some of the big slot games.
Dotty Bingo Mobile Version
The Dotty bingo website runs perfectly well in mobile browsers, although when testing we found that it didnt like us being logged in on two different devices. We also seemed to have some problems using Apples Safari browser. The website worked much better when using the Google Browser. There is no Dotty Bingo app to download for a smoother experience which is a shame.
