Lucky Duck Network

Content Fact Checked: November 17, 2017

This is a relatively small network, with just a few member sites. All are powered by the Cozy Games platform, and share similar player benefits, promotions and terms & conditions. At the time of writing, member sites include Becky’s Bingo, Bingo Boogie, Bingo Magix, Game Village and Wowingo.

The network encourages new and existing bingo operators to sign up to the network, but is does not seem to be having great success. Few have been added in recent times. The network has an impressive contemporary “Windows 10” style website, but it doesn’t appear to have been updated for some time.

Appraising the merits of this network means looking at things from both the players’ and the operators’ point of view. For the typical bingo enthusiast, there is not much to set this team of sites apart from any of its competitors. Sites here are pretty typical of the Cozy Games template: a good range of different bingo options plus some reasonable slot and casino games on the side. Wagering requirements are a little on the high side by modern standards. For players looking for something a bit different, there isn’t really anything distinctive about them. On the other hand, they are decent, reliable sites which offer a good bingo service, with most modern and traditional forms of the game available.

For operators, the network offers a comprehensive suite of services. These include advertising, marketing and promotional planning and all aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). These functions can include providing full payment facilities and services; live chat, a customer services team, VIP player management, data analysis and general business analytical services.

In this sense, what is being offered is a full “white label” service, whereby prospective bingo site operators can simply buy a fully functioning site “off the shelf”. All they have to decide on is a suitable name and theme. Nevertheless, competition is increasingly fierce in the online bingo sector: its big brothers on the Cozy Games platform, the Live Bingo Network (LBN) and Best Bingo Network (BBN) seem to be more attractive options for new operators.

All Lucky Duck Network member sites can be played on any kind of device and are fully compatible with mobile play. They also share Cozy Games’ licencing arrangements as they are all registered on the Isle of Man. This means that they are fully regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and can be regarded as safe to play for players based within the United Kingdom.
