Sale to Grace Media

Regulatory Issues
In April 2021 the UK Gambling Commission suspended Nektan’s remote B2C licences under Section 116, citing concerns over compliance. (SBC News) This effectively ended Nektan’s direct consumer presence in the UK, leaving Grace Media as the operator of its former brands.
Nektan Today
Today, Nektan no longer operates casinos directly. Its technology and partnerships live on through Grace Media in the UK and Markor Technology internationally.
