Rising Entertainment is a Japanese company, based in the capital city of Tokyo. It was established in June 2011 and is responsible for the employment of around thirty employees.
For such a small company, it has a big infrastructure, boasting of being organised into four separate divisions. Two are focused on the development and sales of slot and other arcade games within the Japanese and American markets, plus the design and development of related software. A third is involved in recorded sound via their Acoustics Division.
It is only the fourth division which is really of interest to United Kingdom and European gamers: the Overseas Gaming Division. This is responsible for the development of casino and other gaming software which can be licenced for overseas use. They have a team dedicated to the planning, production and development support of animation and 3D video software which can be licenced for gaming use. This is primarily used for real world land based gaming machines.
The company is looking to expand into online casino gaming, and its prospects of doing so received a massive boost in December 2018. This was as a result of the company signing a distribution agreement with the massive Gibraltar based white label casino supplier Nektan. Nektan are responsible for dozens of phone friendly casinos which are fully compatible with the United Kingdom online gaming market.
As a result, we can expect to see plenty of new content from Rising Entertainment coming to Nektan’s considerable portfolio of casino operators very soon.
