The Palace Group

Bayton Limited is the entity behind The Palace Group. The company's registered office is in Malta, where it also holds its primary gambling licence. Bayton does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, so its casino brands - Spin Palace, Jackpot City, Ruby Fortune, and the others - are not directed at UK players and are generally unavailable from British IP addresses. Spin Palace is the oldest brand in The Palace Group and the one most players recognise first.
