Chelbis was formed in 2007 and specialises in online gaming operations. The company owns and operates its own sites, in addition to administering sites for third party clients via its four networks: Best, Fun, Super and Winners Bingo networks. They are currently responsible for around thirty sites, all using Cozy Games software.
Their registered address is in Malta where their games are also licensed (although at the time of writing this has been reported by some sources as being under review). This territory is “whitelisted”, so they are regarded as safe to use by the UK authorities.
